Where City of Wonder operates within an existing establishment or shared venue, guests must also comply with the host venue’s conditions of entry.

2. Entry Conditions

By entering the Premises, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly, respectfully, and safely at all times; follow all posted signage and reasonable staff instructions; supervise Children; wear appropriate clothing and footwear; and comply with any safety or conduct policies. You must not engage in disruptive behaviour, use professional photography equipment without consent, bring or consume outside food or drink, smoke, bring animals (except service animals), or bring alcohol or illegal substances. City of Wonder reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for non-compliance. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless required by law.

3. Photography, Videography & Media

Personal photography and videography are welcome provided they do not disrupt others or breach privacy. Guests must obtain consent before photographing Children not under their supervision, avoid sharing inappropriate content, and exclude identifying details when posting online. City of Wonder may capture images or recordings for marketing purposes; by entering, you consent to such use without compensation. To withdraw consent, contact info@kidwonder.com.

4. Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver

By attending a City of Wonder event or venue, you acknowledge and accept that participation in interactive, creative, or physical activities carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and for any children under your supervision. To the extent permitted by law, City of Wonder and its employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from attendance or participation, including incidents caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or the actions of other guests. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising Children and ensuring their safety at all times.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City of Wonder, Kid Wonder Pty Ltd, and their officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Conditions, the conduct of children under your care, or any damage or injury caused by you or those under your supervision.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, City of Wonder disclaims all liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the replacement or cost of supplying the services again. Nothing in these Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for death, personal injury, or major failure caused by negligence.
